(Major changes are those labor law posting changes required by law and the previous posting version is unacceptable for compliance.) Shipping costs associated with updates are also free with the subscription purchase. No hassles, no worries, just easy compliance. Subscription terms are available for 1 year, 2 years or 3 years. The subscription will begin on the date the original posters are shipped by National Safety Compliance.
As part of your Labor Law Poster Subscription service you will receive a compliance certificate that will verify your subscription coverage period. Please post this certificate next to the posters. To ensure continued compliance at the end of the subscription period, please contact us toll-free at (877) 922-7233 one month before the certificate’s expiration.
During the term of your Labor Law Poster Subscription, National Safety Compliance, Inc. guarantees the accuracy of the labor law compliance posters and updates we send you which include all general notices required by state and federal law. Provided you have properly displayed the labor law poster and updates we sent to you, National Safety Compliance, Inc. will reimburse your company for any fines you pay that are due to outdated state and federal poster violations up to a total amount of $25,000 per posting location per year. Our product is not intended to provide legal or financial advice or substitute for the advice of any attorney or advisor. Our Poster Compliance Guarantee does not extend to or cover any nonstandard general notices required for a particular industry, type of commerce, sector, location, specialized posting requirement, particular workforce, or any other specialized notices that may be required by federal, state or local governments or agencies. Examples could include notices for a municipality (county or city), notices for federal contractors, notices that must be posted for the public or job applicants (in addition to those posted for employees), a labor law notice required in a language other than English (except Spanish notices on Spanish posters that are purchased and covered by this guarantee), public sector notices, signage that must be posted at a specific location in your business such as the entrance, or a notice that can only be obtained by employers through, for example, an insurance company. Claims on Guarantee:
Customer also agrees to notify National Safety Compliance, Inc. within 2 business days if they are inspected and found not to be in compliance regarding labor law postings. National Safety Compliance, Inc. agrees to take any necessary steps to: 1) bring the customer into immediate compliance with the inspection results and 2) to reimburse the customer for any fines that are paid regarding labor law postings as covered in this guarantee. The customer also agrees to take the steps necessary to come into compliance in a timely manner, including, but not limited to proper posting of anything provided by National Safety Compliance, Inc.
